Arabic language - helping in one page translation

I need very simple help in arabic language. I want to do site with two forms of arabic words. I need help with description of this three forms of words. (declension/ declination) Give title for it in english end arabic, I need to do arabic version of this site. [login to view URL] By klicking left site words, you have 2 forms of nouns. I want to describe this 3 forms, you must tel me what to write in english and arabic, best in text file. Will be good if you give me screenshot, with jpg file of my site, and list arabic words, which I must put there. By clicking on icons in center you can find similar sites, and declensions of words in other languages like russian, polish and others. If you can help give me offert
