I am trying to build a early forest fire detection system and struggling with the zigbee communication. My current set up is: I have two raspberry pi's used as a master... and carbon monoxide. The slave sends the data to a master network which is the other raspberry pi. -The master consist of raspberry pi attached to the arduino shield (ARPi600). Then finally the master network sends all the data to a base station (i.e my laptop with another Xbee (XB24) receiving information from the master.
