We are lining a 60" concrete pipe outfall with 250' of 48" HDPE pipe. The existing pipe outlet is at the bank of a river. We will weld up the pipe including a cap on one end that will be used for a pulling head and a SS ring flange on the other end with an HDPE blind bolted on. We will then place the 48" pipe into the river connected to a tug boat that will pull it up the river. We will attached a cable that has been threaded through the 60" concrete pipe to the pulling head and pull the pipe into place. The pipe will have skids attached also. I need to show the drag calculations to the owner and I need to know how much pulling force will be required to pull it into place. Full plans, specs and submittals are available upon request.

Modifying an existing vacuum adapter to fit various insert ports, either round, square, oval etc. The attached is the original one. However, need the front stepped bit to be 34mm outside diameter, wall thickness approx 3.5mm so it doesn't break. The second step (flange) must be about 7mm radius larger than the first step.
