El problema es que el servidor cada cierto tiempo se queda sin Mysqld y deja sin base de datos afectando a todos los usuarios. La única forma de restablecer es hacer "killall -9 mysqld" para borrar el pid que está en conflicto y luego darle "service mysqld restart". Una solución sería programar un script con cronjob que analice si mysqld está activo y en el caso que no esté activo que haga un reinicio.
