I am a semi retired electrical engineer, now living in Cebu Philippines Having worked for many years in the middle east. Much of my work has been to control and mentor workers/staff of many nationalities and cultures, this has taken me to many countries. Much of my work has involved training for when I would move onto another project, and for the most of it very successful I now do training and consultancy on a freelance basis, Teaching English has always been a part of my job so that we could all communicate on a level plane, being several nationalities would be involved.
