I’m a sales manager with 10 years of experience in both sales and customer service. Co-Founded Convivial Contact Center in 2014. I'm currently a General Manager EHM Travel, a travel agency focused on business travel. In this role I'm focused on B2B marketing, although I have done extensive B2C work in the past. Colleagues know me as a highly creative General Manager who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. Through the years I was able to learn the art of communication. I was able to train very qualified customer service agents and customer relations manager. I have a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Cairo University.
