Our company looks after clients in the community services sector. Caseworkers are required to submit a number of documents on due dates to ensure legislative compliance. We have about 7 departments who all operate on the same excel system but require varied column titles. We have admin workers that update these dates once documents are submitted. A caseworker's performance (KPI) is measured of this adherence. I.e. if a caseworker has 10 documents out of 50 out of date they will be on 80%.
I am after a zoho application that allows admin staff to easily update these dates per [login to view URL] members can currently view via conditional formatting (Red/yellow/green) upcoming due dates or expired dates. The app would have a back end for date entry as well as a front end for users to see upcoming expiries and view their live KPI score. It is important that caseworkers can only view expiry dates and percentages with no admin privileges. Preferably, these KPI's will be in a dashboard so that a caseworker can view their percentage at any given time (PDF report or website). Another component would be overall KPIs by department and combined for an overall report.
