XML combine

I have FULL CONFIDENCE of completing this project and I am ready to start IMMEDIATELY. Few questions: 1) Do you mean CVS (Concurrent Versions System) or CSV (Comma Separated Values)? Most probably, you mean CSV. Right? 2) I will use XSLT 2.0 and XPATH 2.0 for combining job. Trust this is OK with you. 3) Can you upload sample XML as well as CSV file that need to be operated upon? 4) Do you only want just the complete set of XSL transformations so that you can use them in tool of your choice, say Altova? Or would you need a simple command-line utility, written either in .NET or PHP or Java, which can generate new XML file from provided XML and CSV files? Although new to Freelancer.com, I have extensive experience in XML Schemas, XSLT, XPATH, and related XML technologies as well as . NET, PHP, and Java.
