Mouse and keyboard simulator program

I want a software program that can simulate everything on a computer (on windows and mac) that a real person can. I want this project to be done in 1 week and max 2 weeks but not longer You have the be sure that you can do this task so read good! in the picture you can see how the program should look like with a few functions I want the whole program coded in Xamarin Because i have tried C# and it crashes and does not always work on Mac and i want it to work on both systems so i dont think C# will work as good as Xamarin. and i want the program to be autoresponsive so if you want to shrink or make the program window bigger everything gets bigger or shrinks. The functions: -the whole program should work in a loop so it can run for ever or just for a few times (look at the picture to understand it beter) - 2 buttons, one that adds the keyboard simulator and one that adds the mouse simulator For the mouse simulator: -A drag and drop gun sight icon to get the X and Y coordinates so it knows where to move the mouse to. the X and Y coordinates will be automaticly filled in 2 textboxes (see picture) -A function where you can choose the mouse speed in a textbox from 1 to 100 when 1 is super slow and 50 is normal speed and 100 is a flash. -A function that you can choose the left or right mouse button or both with a select box (see picture) -A hold function: it will determines how long a mouse button will be clicked for example: it will hold the left mouse button for 10 seconds, so in the texbox you will type in 10000 (milliseconds) -a drag and drop for the mouse:this function will enable the second it will first go to the first coordinate and hold a mouse button (left or right selected or both) to the second coordinate, -a time-out function: it will wait until it starts for example you will type in 1000 (milliseconds) it will wait 1 second before the whole event starts. -a repeat functions: how many times this single event will be repeated - a info function to write down some text and fades in when you go over with the mouse and fades out when the mouse is not on the info button and if you click on it you can edit the text ( see picture) For the keyboard simulator: -A textfield to write down what you want to write -Wait per character: it will wait between every letter or number so for example: if you want to write down "hello" and you choose 1000 it will be: H (wait 1 sec) e (wait 1 sec) l (wait 1 sec) l (wait 1 sec) o (wait 1 sec) -a hold function just like the mouse simulator, it will hold all the letters and number at the same. - it also should press the button , F1 and Printscreen all of those buttons , so maybe a small typingboard will be usefull or just a code for example: "(F1)" means that key . or both -a repeat function just like the mouse simulator -a time-out function just like the mouse simulator -a info button just like the mouse simulator extra feature: -a radiobutton that once it pushed the program will stay on top of all the other programs and windows. -a option to repeat all the event for example 6 times or 20 times (see in the top corner of the program in the picture) -infinity iterations: when this is pressed the program will go for every and loop over and over again. - all the events (mouse and typingboard) can be connect to repeat as a single group so for example the first event is a mouse and than a keyboard than a mouse event and than another mouse event. for example i only want the first 2 events to repeat 5 times and than continue. there should be a feature to connect al the events that you want and choose how many times to repeat. READ THE 7 OTHER FEATURES IN THE FILE.. because i can only use 4000 characters and my document is 4700 characters so get the full decription.
