Workday System Analyst and holds more than 10+ years of consulting experience in HR systems implementations/support in other ERP’s and is also Workday Integrations & HCM Core certified. Specializes in workday Integrations (Studio, CCW, DT, BIRT), HCM Core, Talent & Performance, Absence, T&A, Recruiting, Compensation, Workday Security and Workday Reporting including Advanced/Matrix/Trended and Composite Reporting, Workday dashboards. Workday Reporting/ Technical: Knowledge on Workday Studio to integrate with third party vendors for sending/receiving data. Build various studio integrations with the latest performance management techniques. Worked on various Core Connectors to send data from workday in the required formats. Worked on PICOF/PECI integrations Worked on Complex reporting requirements ranging from Composite, Trended, Advanced, matrix etc. Use of Calculated field functions to enhance workday reporting capabilities. Has good knowledge on Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors. Designed and built inbound/ outbound EIB integrations using RaaS, SOAP, XSLT transformations and Web Services.
