Update wordpress site with subscription plugin

I have currently designed a wordpress website with multi lingual support using polylang. I need to now also add a subscription plugin that allows me to post specific video content to the subscriber and allow the user to upload videos to me once they have a paid subscription. The subscriptions will have 3 levels of options. We will collect re-occuring payments monthly for the subscriptions using paypal. We will need the user to access the ability to upload only if they are a paid subscriber and will need to either collect the first and last name and email from them at time of upload or the system may automatically associate the video with the user somehow, What ever is easiest option. This can be as simple as a contact7 form with upload ability that only appears to paid users. (Just an idea) I need to be able to make a page with a video or videos available only to the subscriber and no one else because the video content will be specific training to that user. I think the best way to do the video is a private channel on youtube where I will upload it and then just put the youtube link into the private page for the user. I need a subscriptions plugin and the ability for the private page to be simple and easy to use. I will share all details to site once user is selected.
