Seeking a Wordpress programmer to complete my project

(DUE TO A SPEECH IMPEDIMENT FROM A STROKE YEARS AGO I ONLY COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL) Website - [login to view URL] My project is in need of a reliable and capable Wordpress programmer. Most of my project is complete and I'm hoping that I can come across a qualified person who can decipher what has been used to build the code as I'm not familiar with these building programs. I'm looking for a very honest and capable programmer who will work with me and not take advantage of my naivete. I believe this project should take no more than a day to complete. The "BLOG" section needs to be a working structure and the second dilemma is that I need my website clients to supply me with their mailing address as Paypal will NOT obtain a mailing address from non-account holders. Only acct. holders with Paypal will have their clients mailing address sent to me along with "proof of payment". For instance, if a client is a non-acct. holder w/Paypal, Paypal only asks for their Pmt. details which means I will receive proof that they paid but NOT receive their mailing info. I must obtain their mailing info before sending them to Paypal.
