Modify "kitchen timer" function in recipe plugin for wordpress

The recipe section of the website is governed by a recipe plugin with a kitchen timer shortcode. I would like to have this restyled with some added functionality. What needs to be done 1) Add function to reset timer 2) add text to say which numbered instruction the timer is relevant too. 3) stack multiple timers on top of each other if needed (currently if a second timer is used, it takes the place of the first) If interested, please provide an estimate with turn around. I have the source code for the current timer and the one I would like to implement in its place. Access to files will only be given once project has been accepted.
