About us: We are a small real estate firm looking to expand our website content and capabilities. We have three WordPress websites in urgent need of expansion and improvements. Two of the websites need basic page/content expansion, but the third will require more in-depth development. We have a responsive team dedicated to working with you so that you have the tools and info needed to complete the job successfully. We're located in the Pacific NW of the United States in the Pacific time zone. What we're looking for: An experienced WordPress pro to help build-out and improve our three websites. Since it's become more challenging to meet with customers in-person, we need to better utilize our websites to engage with customers. This means we'll need to add a good deal of content and expand functionality. We'll want our customers to be able to complete most of their transactions online, so we'll need things like information portals, robust calculators, document signing tools, transaction status pages, etc. We want our websites to be robust in functionality, but also easy for the end-user to navigate. We'd like an experienced partner who is quick, efficient and also thorough. We'll provide vision, direction, and content. You'll be the builder. We have a lot of building to do! We need the following deliverables: - Deliverable #1: Complete improvements for 2 websites by 4/30 or sooner. We'd like to get started ASAP. - Deliverable #2: Complete improvements for the third website by 5/15 - Deliverable #3: Ongoing partnership as needed for page buildouts, etc. (~2-5 hours pers per week) To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following: - WordPress website development (advanced) - Experience w/ Podio would be an excellent bonus but not required Compensation is dependent on experience and skillset.
