Build me a custom Wordpress plug-in and front-end visualizations -- 2

I understand you're probably going to reply to this post as soon as it becomes available, and likely before you have a chance to read everything here... that's OK! But I won't accept any offers from anyone who doesn't first review the Project Specifications at the link below. So if you're an experienced Wordpress plug-in developer, please assure me you understand both what's being asked and how to do it. Please provide specific technical details about your game-plan if you can. Project Specifications: [login to view URL] IN SUMMARY... I have a table in a MySQL database on my server that contains regularly updated data about match results between players in a specific trading card game, i.e. match ID/date/winner/loser/cards played/decktypes used/etc. I want this data - not the table itself, but analyses of the data - displayed on my website in a modern, visually appealing way. I also have Wordpress installed as the front-end of my website, so I’d like this facilitated by a Wordpress plugin. The goal of this plugin is to create shortcodes that I can enter into my WordPress editor to generate visualizations based on data in tables that you will probably have to create in the database. As for the visualizations, they should be visually appealing tables and graphs based on analyses of the data. I would prefer to use the FusionCharts (Fusion theme) library for the graphs, which is free for non-commercial use. In total, I have in mind 6 specific pages that each require different tables and graphs. Therefore, I’d like to structure milestones around the completion of each page to ensure we share the same vision, that the visualizations are displaying as expected, and that you’re open to feedback along the way.
