BuddyPress Network for AC Repair Agents to Manage Their Clients

What I'm looking for: A profesional network with different service providers like Appliance Repair, AC Repair, can become a member and have a profile, to manage their clients. What each provider will do with the platform is to manage their clients. Each of their clients will have the following sections: 1. Client Info - Name and contact details for each client 2. Documents - Gravity forms the client signed 3. Note History - Archive of notes about the client 4. Calendar - Appointments set with that client Step 1. AC Repair 'XYZ' company creates an account and has a profile Step 2. XYZ company log in and add a new client name 'John Doe' Step 3. When click on John Doe client, John Doe now has the following tabs Client info - John Doe and his address Documents - Gravity forms document John Doe signed Note History - Notes of inquiries on John Doe Calendar - Appointments set with John Doe XYZ can keep adding and manage clients, but client cannot log in. That's it. This could be done with BuddyPress, Gravity Form, CRM plugin or... whatever that can make this work. Show me example of possible similar work. I cannot give this job just because you say you can do it. A few things to know: Companies will register profile for free. No payment subscription needed. Companies can add as many clients as possible. In the client Document section, client will sign a Gravity form that will be available in the Document secion. Companies will email client the form link to sign. Thank you.
