I need three forms converted to Word (.docx) files. They need to have virtually the same appearance. I need to be able to use merge fields in them to complete the fields. I only need Page 1 of these three forms converted. Again, they need to be nearly spot on identical. I tried opening in Word, but there is some kind of protection that prevents a direct conversion. Then, I printed them to a .pdf, and opened in Word. The conversion was very poor. Anyway, the task is to create PAGE 1 ONLY, of these three files, in Word. I will then want to insert some static information in some of the fields, and leave some of them blank, for filling via merge fields (the information concerning the attorney will be pre-filled) (the information concerning the claimant will need to be blank). I will provide exact information, once the project is awarded.
