Magento 2 B2B Website

Magento 2 B2B Website I looking for a Magento 2 expert that can help me go through the requirements of setting up a B2B wholesale site. I would supply the graphic design work but would require your help to set up from scratch. We are currently running on shopify but we require more functionality than is possible through the shopify platform for B2B/Wholesale sales. I have listed the below requirements for the new site so do need someone that knows what we can do with magento community edition and how best to get to a suitable level. Requirements for the new site: 1. Login required to view pricing (Wholesale access only) 2. Tiered pricing (Different pricing tiers for customers) which needs to be easily updated. 3. Products need to have the following: - Usual things such as description, sku, price etc - Each product also requires downloadable product data sheet PDF (So we need to work out how best to do that) - Each product requires a tab at the base (related products) which can be easily added to each (ie Some products require another item to work which needs to be clear to customers). 4. I currently have a shopify site with all of the products so ideally I would like to transfer products across from shopify to magento. 5. I will need help ensuring security/hosting/page load speed. 6. Layout and functionality will be an ongoing thing but I have a template site that I would like to base our site on. In short, I need to work with a freelancer who knows how to get a magento site up and running quickly and efficiently. As this is going to be an ongoing project, I can’t really do a project price as I have no idea on how long it will take or have any expectations. Due to this I need an hourly rate which I hope you understand.
