Hire MERN stack tutors first, toward a full project

I would like to hire a few (maybe 6 or so) MERN stack tutors first for a few hours with each of you, after I am satisfied with your ability and price, and comfortable with your work style. I will give you a web app full project with my startup company for a vertical marketplace similar to freelancer.com, but only for language interpreters (I will integrate Stripe and Slack, etc into my website, which I already registered the domain [login to view URL] ). Will look for web developers in Philippine or China only (I am from China and my business partner is from Philippine). I have been learning MERN stack programming myself for 4 months now, hoping that I can come up with the architecture for my web app (it should be usable on mobile devices too, so React Native is needed). While you being my tutor, I will ask you questions that I have a hard time to understand, and also test your MERN programming level, communication ability, English, working habit, working ethics, fast learning ability, etc. Once you will be hired for my project, my project will start in Jan, 2021 and finish in 4-6 months, and my budget is around $10,000 or more for the web app. Your ideal skill set include: MERN stack, MongoDB Atlas, Express, React, React-Redux, Node.js. Familiarity with integration of API such as Stripe, Slack, CRM, G-Suite, etc will be a plus.
