I have an outdated splash page that uses flash. I want to see if I can convert exactly what I have in flash into something that is more compliant. The index page currently has the entire background is flash with a hovering div above it for text. It works fine for what it is - however I want the page to work without having to load the flash plugin (if the browser doesn't have flash installed).

Dear sir, I understand why you need this job. I have done similar project for 3 months ago. My customer wanted to convert flash webpage to html5. Because some browsers doesn't support flash file and some of them required installation. I have used HTML5 animation for it and my customer was satisfied. I think your project will be like that.
