Redesign for adsense

Looking for someone "reliable" to create Adsense account for me for my website and moreover be able to add/modify/delete content for all areas of the website through content management console/admin login on Word Press platform that can make 15-30$ a day and must be related to a topic that will remain of interest in long run. I am not looking for certain type of monetization so you can use your own methods/ways: Google Adsense, CPA offers, affiliate products, [login to view URL] be used or combination of things. The site has to be original content and SEO optimized with keywords that have large number of monthly searches. Content cannot be garbled or spun text and must pass copyscape. Pictures should be legal pictures with no copyright problems, etc. I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see a consistent income in my Adsense/CPA account and when I will have proof of the earning of the website. My requirements: 1.) Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the Website or Blog as needed to continue generating money for LONG term. 2.) Content must be original and unique and attracting to users, content must not be copied, copyrighted, illegal, spun and no auto blogging and must pass copyscape. 3) Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. NO Black Hat techniques. Developer MUST follow Google Adsense rules and regulations. The Website for Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. 4.) No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services. Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on the website. 5.) No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules 6.) The site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $5 per day. 7.) Blog must be SEO optimized with popular and often used keywords. 8.) Backlinks must be 100% legitimate and whitehat, spamming is prohibited. Traffic and ad clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. MONTHLY WORK After the site has reached its goal and has a stable income between $10 and $30 USD daily, I will give you the option of accepting a consistent monthly fee of $35 USD per month or 15%of the total revenue generated by helping me to maintain the site and assists to create quality content, and also to do the relevant SEO work. The idea of this is to make the website income more stable and extend the results for longer as possible. I should be earning daily without any big work from my side. You can choose keywords and niche, but you need to describe to me a plan about how you will generate the traffic and why do you want to choose that niche/keywords. This will be an ongoing long term project for a successful candidate.
