Build an Online Store

I would like an ecommerce website similar, clone or template to [login to view URL] I would like to be able to upload product descriptions, pictures etc. easily using an admin area and have it reference a database for automatic updating if needed. A working Wordpress or Volusion type template or similar would be perfect, setup so I can constantly edit and update products and images etc. I need the logo, color scheme and backgrounds changed with files or ideas I will supply Search engine friendly is a must and usability is also very important without the need of having any coding knowledge Although the donor site has thousands of products mine will be a stripped down version with a maximum of around 500 and most of the original pages will be deleted. 16 Categories with far less products in each. I will supply a Category/sub-category tree with all My products listed. It needs no flash or fancy interactive parts, videos or live support. Just a solid functional eCommerce site modeled on the above I would also like to be able to process payments and accept credit cards .
