Looking for a really good Designer

Hello Freelancers. I am looking for a good designer that can do Websites designs to logo designs and business cards etc.. You will show me your skills by desining a logo for my own business as i need a new one (Long story, but to make it short the name is new and all.. ) As we are a known business in the local area, we shall have regular work for you. This is a long term relation ship that we are looking for, and a nice opportunity to show us your skills. Coding your own website designs are always a + (Must code in WC3 Valid xhtml and Tableless , div coded) I do not want to see a list of 20 project you made, i don't have time for this.
