Pictures can be downloaded by building a web scraper and your drive account can be connected to the script via the google API. The script will consist of a config file where you'll have to enter your google email and password and the path to the Excel file it needs to read the coordinates from. Once you run the script, it will perform its scripting routine, temporarily save the downloaded pictures into your hard disk and delete them once the upload is complete.
