Web developer needed - UK ONLY / Can commute to London as we may need you to come to London for initial client meetings. I am a freelance web designer / project manager. I currently work with a developer but he’s getting very busy so I need new contacts for oncoming projects. You code in ASP, PHP, SQL, HTML, XHTML and others including Java and VBScript. You are used to work on Linux/Unix server environment but you know a bit about windows servers too. CSS are no secret to you and you have a very good practical knowledge of accessibility, usability. You know how to use stylesheets in the best ways possible to develop search engine friendly websites. You must have a good eye for details as you will be required to build site front end from flat PSDs. Finally you have a minimum of 7 years commercial experience, you like good work and you take proud in every project you do; so money is not your only driver. Your rates are £25/hour but you also quote per project. You work quickly and you don’t just do what the client asks you to do; instead you advise me on the best way of doing things.
