Our company needs a Virtual Assistant to support webinars, online master classes, blogs and other materials. We require support to develop a marketing and delivery presence primarily to run our webinars and online marketing. Excellent English, organised, able to work with senior executives and also work on MS Office including very good Powerpoint skills. Other Required experience Knowledge of online tools used for video conferencing and online programs Webex Teams Zoom Experience in running online programs, including Marketing the program Maintaining databases Setting up online forms for registration, e.g. on Eventbrite or similar Managing invitations, registrations and attendance Operating webinars, including setting up the webinar on the preferred online tool, e.g. Webex Post event follow up and management Understanding of networking and social media platforms LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Promotion of events on social media Managing posts and blogs, linked to our website Analysis of data from online platforms

Extensive knowledge with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. I don't have much knowledge when it comes to Marketing, but I am willing to be trained and I'm a fast learner. Hi Team, I have completed my graduation in Bachelor of Technology, post which I've joined Amazon as a customer service associate. I've handled customers in all three mediums i.e., Phone, e-mail and chat. Working for an e-commerce company made me well trained on how to provide quick resolution to customers, how to guide them through websites, assist virtually and provide required information through emails.
