Hi, I just finished recording the similar project as yours . I have studied cinematography in school and have had experienced in the area. Faces many problems and solved it , these problems improved my capabilties and skills in Videography. So to complete your project there will be 3 crews with DSLR camera , 1 main camera and 2 backups to get angles. using audio recorder to record mixer output to get clear,crispy nice voice and sound also we use mic external on camera , lightings for interviews. The result basically 3-5 minutes higlight video with bumper but it depend on you. all good to go :)
