Create a Video Opening logo with fire effect

I require a video opening for a logo to be created. - around 10-15 seconds long - logo is provided - realistic fire effect is a required (Trapcode Particular plugin will probably be required so please already own this.) I'm open to ideas on how you would like to present it however the logo contains both an image and title. The image is what light on fire in the background (not covering the logo completely) The title is not on fire and everything should be readable. Perhaps a fade in of the title and the logo image appear from bottom to the top (fade in) while first on fire (or in reverse where it's image then title fade in on top). You must guarantee a final product that is both working file format (workup files) and in video format form. I would prefer if this project is done in adobe effects and that we will work together until we find are both satisfied when everything is finalized. Payment will ONLY be released at the end of the project. (on completion) Please send me examples if you've done this work before.
