As i understand from your brief is, you need 3 different subtitles for your documentary. And you want it to make it selectable by users. And i think you have the subtitles' translation is ready. Do you need them with world standards. Like; - Max 2 lines. - Max characters in a line is 37. For web players, you need to use a web player that supports CC (Closed Caption) Subtitles. Unless you have to export 3 master movies for every subtitle you have and upload and link them to those movies on the web side. For DVD you need a mastering job. Subtitles will prepared as CC, then I will convert them to a format that suits with the DVD. And you'll have the option for select the subtitles as you wish.
