I propose this series of milestones: Initial Milestone 20%: - Getting to know you & your project/target audience - Creating a color palette from existing logo or preference (I am assuming your blog already has a catchy title, name, etc.) Second Milestone 40%: - Main page is designed & approved from Photoshop images - Individual page is designed & approved from Photoshop Third Milestone 40%: - Interfaces are integrated into Tumblr - Debugging & Testing
