Planets in the ancient sky

I need multiple ancient sites created with the sky populated with planets and moons and maybe even plasma discharges between the planets. See examples below. There will also need to be a main character (ancient Greek warrior) in it that I can pose in different poses. I have many examples of images and videos to show exactly what it needs to look like. It should be done in UE4. Then I will take it and make my own videos with it. I might need you to later answer questions I might have if I get stuck during my attempt to make the videos. This project only pays for between 5 to 10 hours per month, but will most likely last well over a year or even longer. I'm not concerned as much with the sites as I am with the sky and planets. So they can just grab some free ancient sites and slap them in there. They are just there to make the background look more realistic. I'm thinking around 4000 years ago. There will be multiple sites eventually, but we will just focus on one for now. Once the sky and planets look good, we can saveas and change the ground sites. Also, I want the planets to be in proportion to each other. So Saturn needs to actually be 15 times the diameter of Mars or whatever the proportion actually is. I will need to zoom from Earth into space and pass each planet in one video. For the first set I only need Saturn (with no rings), Venus (blueish-green instead of yellow), and Mars. I can send a lot more images and video links if needed. If you're able to get the first set to look as much like the Stonehenge picture I uploaded as possible, that would be the first and most important step.
