3D modeling job Maffia characters

For a new art piece I am working on I need a highly qualified and skilled 3D modeler. I am looking for somebody who can deliver very detailed artwork in 3D. I show you an example of an 3D character witch is made by Damon Woods, for me this is the level I am looking for, the characters will need to have a body and a head, and in a second phase they need to be rigged. Damon Woods character Jaxx [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The characters I want to have created in 3D are: Robert De Niro Al Pacino Joe Pesci In the attachment you see the pictures of all 3 of them, what you see is that they all have pretty "lived" faces, this is something I want to see in the characters, we can even exaggerate it a bit so they look even more "lived" than they do now. In a later stage I can tell you much more about the project and where I wanna go with my vision. You have to know that this is just the beginning of a bigger project, we will need more characters and much more 3d work in total. The first step is to find the right 3D artist, for this Job I only want to create the head of Al Pacino, this will be sort of a testcase to see if we can get to the quality I am looking for.
