Do some 3D Modelling

I have a PSD file of a cylinder shaped design. that has custom elements added to it. I need a 3d rendering of this design. I would like a realistic 3d rendering. or as close to it as possible. Something I can show as a product sample etc.. Attached is the File of the tube design. There are 3 colors. The Red lining in the photo is suppose to be a glow effect like a red light. (Its blue on the white one) The whole tube would be metal. But the center that is mostly black (and white for one) would be a matte finish. and the Top and bottom pieces would be metal finishes. - The Black one would have a gun metal top and bottom finish as well as a gun metal color button in the center. - The Center Design would have a red metal top and bottom with a red metal color button in the center. - The white one would have a chrome top and bottom finish with a chrome button in the center.
