Do some 3D Modelling

I am an amateur DJ, and sometimes I have ideas that I cannot complete with my limited Photoshop and Illustrator skills, or with my limited engineering capacity. My intended end product is a structure that allows me to operate my Korg NanoKontrol 1, plus any reasonably sized phone and phablet (4.5" to 6") mounting them simultaneously (by means of a single structure), on the Novation Remote SL Compact Mk I Midi Keyboard/Controller. What I want to do, is to create a 3D model with appropriate layers and file format for use with 3D printers, so I can print off and use this structure. I have a Novation Remote SL Compact Mk I Midi Keyboard//Controller combo and I want to attach a Korg Nanokontrol 1 at an angle for easy operation use while DJ-ing. Ideally I want the supporting structure to be easy to remove, but also to be sturdy enough for use when playing music (pressures are applied when operating equipment standing). The ideal design will also incorporate a 'dock' on the right side of the Nanokontrol, where a mobile phone may be placed to be used as a XY pad via Android. I will provide full mock-ups of the concept shortly. All applications will be filtered by the following criteria: 1) Knowledge of 3D printer file formats, and assured capacity to deliver a file in a format that will allow a 3D printer to create the correct/intended structure, as agreed. 2) Previous engineering experience; and/or PhD, Master or Bachelor's studies (in-order). 3) Strength of portfolio 4) Your price -- the budget is the top-end of my estimation.
