From what I understand you require 3d modelling only and not the CAD. Well I am hoping to help you with this as I am an architect with a beginning streak. I've worked on small as well as large scale projects.

Software capabilities 1) solid works using from 2006 2) Inventor using from 2006 3) AutoCAD using from 1997.
