Do some 3D Modelling

I want someone, for my online real estate project, who is really good at augmented realty or at least, can design buildings (say, in a residential complex) of varying height in 3D where one can go and click on any floor of any building of his/her choice to view its corresponding information provided by us. All said and done, I want interactive designing of a residential complex comprises of multiple buildings and each building (and so, each of their floors too) are clickable and hence, one can see corresponding information from building and their floors & units after clicking it. I have the information contents ready with me along with other associated requirements. I was able to prepare this entire concept in 2D effectively, but now I want it in 3D. Someone, if interested, can join my work as a team member at my start-up (@ Noida), as it's quite interesting in the current phase OR, he/she can also choose to work independently as a freelancer, following a small work related discussion.
