Do some 3D Modelling

the project is in the initial conceptual phase. I am looking for a person able to design its functionality based on guidelines. First of all it is going to be water treadmill for horses. concept art attached. I need solidworks or other CAD drawings with dimensions and all technical "things" which will allow making the valuation and development process. Main idea should be on mind: "egg evolution" - see on attached file basics (up to discusion during prototype phase): Dimensions American Metric Length 18 feet and 6 inches 5.6388 meters Width 6 feet 1.8288 meters Height to Tread 32 inches 0.8128 meter Minimum Room Height 10 feet 3.048 meters Maximum weight treadmill holds Over 2,200 lbs. Over 1,000 kg Usable tread length Just over 16 feet 4.89204 meters Usable tread width 4 feet 1.2192 meters Water volume and its preassure not calculated. So "frame" should be calculated. Up to constructor idea what kind of materials will be used. Preferred lightweight but "tought "materials: fiberglass, carbon fibers, composites, etc. although I do not exclude stainless steel. doors should open hydraulically, and after opening should become platforms. (after closing should be sealed to prevent water leakage) All necesairy devices like pumps should be in separated container conected to "egg" by cables, wires pipes and so on, covered by platform along one of the "egg" side (more conceptual drawings later on)
