Create an Animation

Hello If you are going to use the video for personal purpose then I can do this using the reference video, by putting your face photo in the place of the 3d character's face photo, I will select parts from the reference video with no camera animation. I will do all the job in Adobe after effects. I can make a free mock up if you like. I can also provide a completely new video with 3d character and animation but for a higher cost and timeframe.
