Hi, I am an expert animator and a communication designer. Can do this for you with finesse. Concept: The start would be a completely black screen. Three rays of light would poke through the black toward the viewer and begin to draw the logo (will attach). After drawing a portion of the logo, light will sweep from left to right showing through the logo and the rest of the logo will be revealed as the light passes.
