Hi, My name is Neo Phan. I have been 3D Visualization Artist at a mid-size architecture firm in Chicago for years. I have more than 10 year-experience in the architectural visualization. If you hire me for this project, you will save a lot of time because I have developed very efficient method to model and render. When I get the design idea, I will spend some hours to model. The first preview rendering should be done after couple hours. After that is the process of furnishing design idea; which is from both you and me. This process is very fast and depends on how we can communicate. I can deliver preview markup renderings to you in an hour for each pass. The final renderings will only be done when all the markups, comments from you are fulfilled and you are satisfied with the quality of the job. This is my plan: 1. Phase 1 (10% of the total price): Communicate with you via email or phone to get the design idea. 2. Phase 2 (40% of the total price): Modeling and rendering.
