Small and Quick fix IOS app

Budget is 70 dollars Clean up my app and make it faster. ou have a fysical iphone 6 or higher. If not, you can't perform the job. From user open the app (user had allready logged in) until the app is ready to take photos it take seconds this is too long time - when user had take 1 or more photos it take take too long time to go to next screen. We need that user not shall wait in seconds - it's allso too long time. We need same readyness as snapchat. Project is to make change to an exiting app IOS SWIFT 1) make app work offline(mainly dashboard) so we have data on server as well as local storage with sync. Data includes both data and images 2) Remove loading time (remove stuff thats not used and causes lagg) 3) camera function modification so user dont have to wait on after clicking photos (after pressing gem) - rather images should be shown immidiately and upload to work in background 4) The app needs to be smooth and free of laggs 5) User should be allowed to use camera or local files to add images note: we are open to any api modifications if required. 6) Some cosmetic and design change arround in the app Budget is 80 dollars - pls don't waster you own time and ours trying to increase the budget.
