I would like to hire a Microsoft Access Developer

simple access database to catalog my daughters derek jeter baseball card collection - would like it to include the following fields - card entry number (primary key, I think) auto number, Card # (alpha/numeric), Card Year (4 digit), Brand (text), Set (test), Variation (yes/no), (default no) if yes, type of variance (text), Serial # yes/no, (default no) if serial then Serial (text), Notes - text, Card Value - currency, number of cards, card picture (image or pdf) I'd like a table set up to add Brands and a Table to add Set information and then have those fields as drop downs within the form view to select the correct Brand / Set - Sets could be tied to brands, but not necessary. In Form View I would like her to be able to search by card number and see all, multiple, results as part of the look up and should be able to either select one or add a new record - card number is not unique and multiple cards from multiple brands / sets or the same from same brands and different sets - could have the same number. Also, would like to be able to drag and drop an image into the card record (like the functionality in chrome river expense reporting system). Sample data for Brands: Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Donruss, Pinnacle, Panini, Upper Deck, Classic, Pacific, Sun Sample data for Set: Series I, Series II, Update, Archives, Finest, Chrome, SPx, Base If its easier to combine the Brands and Sets, Topps Series I, Topps Series II, Topps Chrome, Topps Gypsy Queen, Topps Murphy Sample complete card info - Entry 1 - #98, 1993, Topps, Series I, Variation - No, Serial - Value - 18 - No, Image NA; Entry 2, #98, Topps, Marlins Inaugural, Variation - Marlins, Serial - Value, $18, No, Image, NA; Reporting: Will need several reports - to be able to print 1) report by year, brand, with all card details except the photo (all records) 2) ditto with thumbnail photo 3/4) select a year and same two options as above for that year only 5) select a year and a brand and same two options 6) report with all details and total value (# of cards x book value) I'm sure you will have questions, but that's the nice to have - screen background should look like the yankee stadium façade with the monument park #2 as a watermark on the screen
