Write custom XMPP Client for Windows.

Using Electron, Flutter, or Java, build a client for Windows 7+. You will work with our engineering department to connect it to our XMPP server for testing and development. If you have an open source program, or one you've designed in the past, that might suit our needs then please feel free to message us about it. This app will have a modern, responsive design for which we'll provide examples and wireframes. "Responsive" means smooth scrolls, transitions, and an otherwise reactive experience. Offline message delivery. Delivery Receipt. Read Receipt. User Nickname. Address book Non XMPP Features: Brandable Minimized app icon and notifications. Flashing icon notification. "Locked" connection settings. eq, no one can mess with them without the admin password. Engineering will set up the xmpp server, and will work with you during development.
