An existing software called uocte, allows user to load different raw OCT files ( these are the raw files from Optical Coherence Tomography device ) and this uocte software converts the raw OCT files and visualise it into images as well as metadata. AIM :Our aim is to built a web application for the aboveexisting software. e2e) and store all images and metadata in a unique structure being in first glance *.xml or *.json files and later being a database. The frontend visua We should develop a website that allows to load different OCT files( maintarget files are lisation of loaded images needs to be discussed in the context of which metadata are available for each OCT image data type. APPROACH :To compile the available source code (cpp files) in the web, I’m willing to use CGI (common gateway interface) script in server side. TASK 1 : The main aim is to convert e2e test files into images (jpg) in the web and to visualise it, using our available source code.
