Currently using a very old dos based 16bit program that manipulates several databases. Need a way to update this process either with a new similar 32bit program, or possibly using MS-access or excel or both. I have provided a dropbox link to the current program. Also note this program uses a hardware dongle lock. But this does not prevent program from running, it just stops database updates.

Verify your attach Check the attachment, have content from a web page of the dropbox, but do not have the link (I do not understand how they make offers without knowing what needs to be done!) I have experience in more than 20 years in MS Access database and programming in VBA. From version 97 to 2016 (32/64 bit)

I saw that most of you bids are from people outside the US. It'll be much easier if you work with me for this project.
