3D SITE AREA IN AUTOCAD (REF. JGR9)

We need a 3D Autodesk AutoCAD drafting person with proven experience who can recreate an aerial google image frame & location into a 3D file that includes buildings, streets, sidewalks, street paving signs, street parking, green areas, etc as close as possible to real ones. Metric dimensions & scale. The budget must be under USD$150 and the time frame is no more than (10) days from the day awarded (you'll receive sample and specific files same day by email). I will provide the specific location and the CAD file shown below from previous work to the winner bid for references and the layer system/name that must be used. PAYMENTS: 25% Milestone to be released after reviewing & approval of a 2D CAD file of all the area required as per image (DAY 2), 50% Milestone to be released after reviewing & approval of ALL street, sidewalks, and non building elements (DAY 4). 75% Milestone to be released after reviewing & approval of ALL 3D volumetric buildings (DAY 8), & 100% Milestone to be released after receiving ALL original file/s required (DAY 10). Author's copyrights for the work done will be transferred to us as soon as you get paid partially or fully. If you are awarded with this project and your work is used/published you more likely will be credited for your work in the final product unless you indicate otherwise. REQUIREMENTS: 3D model in Autodesk AutoCAD only (No other software). Do not trace image, but build it with logical exact numbers using XLINE and offset for straight lines and parallel ones. Existing building height based on a 3.1m floor to floor, and commercial spaces larger as needed. Roofs and building shapes to mimic the real [login to view URL] polar tracking drafting, no "nearest" snaps, "Ortho"only, make sure your 2D lines are drawn flat, and make sure all your polylines are closed and all coplanar. Be precise. It's a must to respect the layering system provided. Metric Units, centimeters (m). Streets and buildings to be built with round numbers (0.00 no decimals after cm). Land could be built flat unless the street/land slope is very pronounced. Once awarded you need to provide full name, email address, and contact phone number.
