pull the cookbook to ec2 in opswork stack and to deploy the app to automate

I have created a cookbook and zipped the cookbook and uploaded to s3. in opswork stack I have updated the custom cookbook and deploy the app, but deployment gets failed When going to EC2 instance in opsworks in there anything needs to change in cookbook or script can someone help me developing this pull request?
