So setting up the server is $75.
Setting up the script would be $125.
So we are talking about $200 for a Centos 7 droplet w/LAMP and MySQL, a script that will receive comments with a site token, post id, and parent id, store those comments, then provide an interface for reviewing comments and approving/denying them, then downloading a json file with the complete set of approved comments for a single site.
