Need to make Health Care Application for Organizational and Efficient System Improvement

We need to make an application bundle for healthcare system improvement. Please read the description carefully and send me quotations in message. Quotations can be rough. Please note we are ourselves experienced with programming, and will provide everything like pseudo code, algorithms etc. Application Description. • The application should be able to have a login page. • It shall have a built from scratch GPS system • It shall be able to make appointments and use scheduling algorithms. • It should be able to connect to a PC platform for the schedules. • It should be able to connect to a server that uses software that solve complex algorithms like CPLEX, or Excel • It should be able to retrieve information from another server. • It should be able to have a similar style as Uber. But instead of order a taxi, it orders a doctor. Doctor on demand, the doctor doesn’t come to your home, he chats with you via text or phone, through the application. Steps for using the application (Patient) 1- Sign in or Register (using medical insurance number mainly) 2- Choose option, what does the patient want? a. Schedule appointment with who? i. Family Doctor ii. Specialist iii. Dentist iv. Psychologist b. Books appointment (Based on a mathematical formulation, the doctor’s schedules are optimized using linear software) or Receives number in line for either hospital or Walk-in Clinic (A PC platform should be made in order to use in clinic or hospital) c. The GPS System guides him to his appointment. d. Doctor On Demand (Uber style, but the doctor chats with the patient via text or call through the application) e. If a prescription or certain advice the doctor informed the patient, it shall be stored in one of the sections of the application. 3- Ultimately the application will guide the user, the patient, on what to do. Steps for using the application (Doctor) 1- Sign in or Register 2- Receives schedules, appointments, and all medical record through the application, depending on whether the patient is registered with him or not he gains access. 3- Organizes the patients through a virtual waiting line on their phone. 4- Doctor on demand, facilitates and increases the number of patients doctor help, maximizes profit. 5- Everything he requires to inform his patients could be done through the application.
