Menu, Bill, and Meal Attendance System (VB.Net VS 2017 & SQL Express 2012)

I am a software developer who does not have a lot of time to get this project done myself. Therefore, I would like assistance with creating this system. Quality of the system presentation as well as code used should be high. I need a system called KIMS (Kitchen Inventory Management System) that will allow a user to enter breakfast, lunch, and snack menus. Then, the user should be able to go into the system and assign a breakfast, lunch, and snack menus to each day of the week. The menu assigned to a given day should be editable. All menus assigned for a given month should be printable on one page in the attached (Main Menu April [login to view URL]) format. I should be able to change months, retrieve, and print the table formatted main menu for the month on one page. This system will also have a bill ledger screen. In this screen, a bill record such as rent would be created. For every bill created, payments should be tracked for the bill. So, there would at least be name of bill, due date, amount due, amount paid with date the amount was paid and how much was paid, method of payment, as well as the balance on the bill. Last, food, supplies, and non-reimbursable items and there purchase will need to be tracked. 3 different screens will need to be implemented to facilitate this part. There should be a vendor lookup to associate with each item record. Each item should have a unit cost. Also, the system should allow tracking of purchases based on the item lookup in the system and tracked for a given date. Please see below. The attached (FOOD-PURCHASING [login to view URL]) should be produced using the following database tables/screens. It should be produced (sent to Excel) by vendor and date input. 1. Vendor (Database table and screen) - VID - Vendor Name 2. Item (Database table and screen - should be able to assign vendor to all items) - Item ID - VID (Vendor's ID) - Item Description - Item Unit Cost - Item Category (drop-down only allowing selection of one of the following 3 values: Food and Milk, Food-related Supplies, or Non-reimbursable) 3. Item Purchase (Database table and screen for each purchase from a vendor) - PID (purchase ID) - Item ID - Current Unit Cost - Qty Purchase - Unity Size - Date purchased - tax on purchase - payment method Final Deliverable - upload restorable SQL Express 2012 database as well as Visual Studio 2017 project.
